Located on the eastern side of Denarau Island, the Port Denarau Marina incorporates a number of marina services. One of its main functions is its outer island transfer services, which carry passengers to and from many of the beautiful and popular islands offshore from Nadi and Denarau. There are two main island groups - the Mamanucas and the slightly more distant Yasawas. The Yasawa Flyer transfer goes up in the morning and returns in late afternoon, dropping off and picking up passengers from many of the island destinations along the way. Port Denarau is also the embarking point for the small ship cruising operators such as Blue Lagoon Cruises and Captain Cook Cruises. Tourist sailing yachts also start from here, whilst marina services also assist visiting private sail boats at a separate jetty. The marina at Denarau is in a picturesque setting with the ocean and islands and mainland highlands around Nadi forming a wonderful 360 degree landscape.
